
Welcome to Sacred ShimmySacred Shimmy is a seven day embodiment practice designed to help you reconnect with your body through rhythm, repetition, and presence.This is not a choreography based class and it is not about performance.
It is a simple daily commitment to move your body for one full song and notice how you feel.The power of this challenge is consistency, not complexity.
For seven days, you will shimmy for one full song per day.You can choose any song you love.
The invitation is to move for the entire song without stopping.That’s it.This daily practice supports:
• reconnection with your body
• gentle cardiovascular movement
• toning of hips, thighs, and core
• release of stored tension and stress
• increased confidence and presenceSmall daily movement creates powerful shifts.
You will receive one email per day guiding you through the experience.The first three days support you in learning the movement safely and confidently.
Days four through seven are the challenge itself.You may move live with the challenge or return to the replays anytime.
Sacred Shimmy is for you if:
• you feel disconnected from your body
• you hold stress or emotion physically
• you want movement without pressure
• you want to feel more present and alive

The One Song a Day Challenge
From Day Four onward, your practice is simple.Each day:
• choose one song you love
• shimmy for the entire song
• do not stop
• notice how you feelYou do not need to add more time or intensity.
Consistency is the medicine.Optional Uplevel:
If you feel called, record yourself on Day Four and again on Day Seven. Not to judge or critique. Just to notice changes in stamina, confidence, ease, and presence.
